Our fitness center features the latest in cardio and strength equipment, modern training tools, and a refreshing lap pool, all surrounded by views of our park-like grounds. Whether you prefer independent workouts, small group sessions, or private training, every visit feels purposeful and inspiring.

Our Club Fitness Director, Amy Wilson (TPI Certified), motivates and guides members through customized programs designed to achieve lasting results. Amy’s expertise in functional fitness and golf-specific training has helped countless members reach new levels of performance and well-being.

Please review and follow all Fitness Center rules to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for everyone.

General Use

• Sign-In Required: All members and guests must sign in at the front desk.
• Guest Policy: Guests must be accompanied by a member and pay the applicable fee. Clark County residents may visit once per calendar month and cannot be a guest of multiple members during the same month.
• Age Requirement: Members under 16 must be accompanied by an adult or working with a trainer.
• Personal Belongings: Please use day-use lockers. Bags and personal items are not permitted on the fitness floor.

Attire & Hygiene

• Proper fitness attire and closed-toe, rubber-soled shoes are required. Shirts and undergarments must be worn at all times.
• Maintain good hygiene; wear clean workout clothes and avoid strong scents.
• Towels are limited to two per person. Return used towels to the front desk after use.

Courtesy & Etiquette

• Be courteous to staff and fellow members at all times.
• Wipe down equipment after each use.
• Return dumbbells and equipment to their proper places.
• Limit cardio equipment use to 30 minutes when others are waiting.
• Avoid dropping or slamming weights; misuse of equipment may result in loss of access.
• Please do not touch the stereo, computers, or TVs without staff permission.
• Be punctual for group fitness classes—late arrivals disrupt others.

Equipment & Safety

• Use equipment properly; ask the Fitness Director for guidance if needed.
• Do not sit on equipment between sets or use weights on cardio machines.
• No food or drinks (other than water or sports drinks) are allowed in the fitness area.
• Exercise at your own risk.
• Members must exit the Fitness Center promptly at closing time.

Personal Training

• Only Club-approved trainers are permitted.
• The Fitness Director maintains exclusive training rights. Exceptions require written approval from Club management for pre-existing trainer relationships.
